ASTEC RE-PLY can be used when there are multiple surfaces on the same building with no disruption to the work flow. This facility had a mix of over 200,000 sq ft of both EDPM and asphalt.
CITY OF SANTA BARBARA
ASTEC RE-PLY can be installed in stages when sites have more than one building to be restored. Installation flexibility enabled this 145,000 sq ft complex to be done one building at a time.
DENVER CIVIL SERVICE PROJECT
ASTEC RE-PLY works just as well on metal as it does on asphalt, EPDM, TPO and vinyl. This administrative building had a metal roof they were going to replace. A RE-PLY saved the roof and substantial money as well.
ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER
ASTEC RE-PLY roof restoration can solve costly roof replacement problems. 80,000 sq ft of contoured metal roofing needed to be upgraded. A RE-PLY saved the roof without requiring an expensive total roof replacement.
BEECHWOOD APARTMENTS
ASTEC RE-PLY was a cost effective solution to the Beechwood Apartments need for a roof upgrade. Instead of a total replacement they opted for a RE-PLY. Cool roof technology made the upper floor units noticeably cooler.
INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE ROOF
ASTEC RE-PLY solves the issues of sealing multiple roof penetrations. A seamless waterproof coating permanently fills any gaps, holes, voids or seams.
